Tracy Sinclair, PCC
After graduating Tracy was a teacher and translator in Spain for six years. On her return to the UK, she moved into the corporate sector and developed a highly successful career in International Operations and Project Management and Quality Consultancy. Tracy held senior leadership positions within EMEA Operations for Bank of America, International Operations for Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and Quality Consultancy for American Express, EMEA.
Since 1997, Tracy has worked within the field of leadership development and has worked with clients across a broad range of industry sectors including Goldman Sachs, Greene King, BMW, Amnesty International, Nokia, Fuji Bank, Legal & General, BP, Ford, GSK, ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered, Unilever.
Tracy spends much of her time developing leaders’ own coaching capability as a core leadership competence and is also dedicated to the development of the coaching profession and the coaching community. She is an expert and specialist in the field of Non-Verbal Intelligence and works with people both psychologically and behaviourally to tap into their full performance potential.
In addition to her corporate work, Tracy regularly enjoys consulting in schools, teaching coaching, non-verbal intelligence and communication skills to teachers, students and parents alike. This work has resulted in her leading a successful language teaching research project on accelerated learning and motivation. She also delivers a “Leaders of the Future” programme to the Prefect and Heads of House pupils at one of the UK’s foremost co-educational Independent schools.
Tracy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a trained Coaching Supervisor, Mentor Coach and an ICF Assessor. Tracy trains coaches and works with managers and leaders to develop their coaching capability. She works as an international Corporate Executive and Board Level Coach, a leadership development designer and facilitator working with a wide range of organisations. Tracy also specialises in working with organisations to support them develop coaching culture. She currently sits on various UK, EMEA and Global ICF working groups to promote and enhance professional coaching. Tracy was the President of the UK ICF from 2013-2014 and has been a ICF Global Board Director since 2016, serving as Treasurer in 2017, Global Chair in 2018 and currently holding the position of Immediate Past Global Chair.
