Payments of Tuition Fees – Self-Funded
The payment options offered are as below:

  1. Deposit upon registration followed by the balance payable at least 30-days prior to the start of the programme or full payment upon registration.

  2. Deposit upon registration followed by an instalment plan is available upon request. Payment by instalment is subject to our usual terms are that full payment for a programme is required 30-days prior to the start of the programme. For registrations within 60-days of a programme start date, the instalment option may therefore not be available.

  3. Payment may be made by Cheque or direct bank deposit. Please confirm the payment option chosen when submitting your completed Registration Form.

 

Payments of Tuition Fees – Company-Funded

  1. Company funded payments are invoiced in full upon confirmation of Contract and receipt of a Purchase Order. Purchase Orders need to be raised at least 60-days prior to the commencement of a programme or service.

  2. Payment terms for invoices issued are 30-days.

  3. Cancellations, transfers and refunds for Company-Funded fees are as outlined within the Contract between Tracy Sinclair Limited and the Company. Contact Tracy Sinclair Limited for full Terms and Conditions.

 

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Course cancellations: If Tracy Sinclair Limited cancels your course your fee will be refunded in full. 
Cancellations Charges: Please choose carefully. All requests for cancellations must be confirmed in writing. For cancellation requests received more than 30-days prior to the start of the programme, full fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received between 15 and 30-days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the programme fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the start of the programme, or if a Customer or Delegate fails to attend, all of the course fees will be forfeit.
Deposit only paid/ Cancellations: All requests for cancellations must be confirmed in writing. For cancellation requests received more than 30-days prior to the start of the programme, full fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received between 15 and 30-days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the programme fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the start of the programme, or if a Customer or Delegate fails to attend, all of the course fees will be forfeit.

Transfers: In the event of a Delegate being unable to attend the programme for which they are registered, TRACY SINCLAIR LTD will attempt to offer a transfer to an alternative course, if available and if appropriate for the Delegate’s requirements. If such a transfer request is received within 15 and 30 days of the original course start date, 50% of the course fees will be held, along with an administration charge of £100 to process the transfer. If a transfer request is received less than 15-days prior to the start of the programme, the full fee will be held, along with an administration charge of £100 to process the transfer. If the transfer option is not utilised, the cancellation terms will apply.
