Payment of Tuition Fees – Company-funded
Company funded payments are invoiced in full upon confirmation of Contract and receipt of a Purchase Order. Purchase Orders need to be raised at least 60-days prior to the commencement of a programme or service. Payment terms for invoices are 30-days or immediately on invoice if registration falls within 30-days of the start of the programme. Please also see below the attendance requirements for each programme.

Please see below the relevant terms and conditions that apply for self-funding students for each training programme along with the associated attendance requirements.

 

 

Mentor Coaching Group Programme (MCG):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

The payment options offered are as below:

 

  1. Payment in full upon registration

  2. Payment of a £300 deposit upon registration and the balance payable 30-days prior to the first webinar.

  3. Payment by instalments is an option upon request.

  4. Payment may be made by direct bank deposit. Please confirm the payment option chosen when submitting your completed Registration Form.

1-1 Mentor Sessions

Once the 1-1 mentor sessions are booked, we will allow one re-scheduling of that session free of charge. Subsequent re-scheduling of 1-1 sessions will be subject to an additional fee of £240.

Attendance

 Full attendance on all LIVE webinars is a requirement in order to fulfil the International Coaching Federation (ICF) criteria for successful completion of this programme. Should you be unable to attend a webinar in live format, we will ask you to listen to the webinar you have missed and to schedule a catch-up session with one of the Mentors, which will be charged at £240 per hour to cover the time necessary to make-up the missed learning components and to make sure you meet the live mentoring hours required by the ICF. 

 

Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEs)

Ten (10) CCEs are provided for attending the live webinars and the 1-1 mentoring sessions. It is not possible to issue a certificate that meets the ICF requirements for Mentor Coaching if you have only listened to the webinar recordings. In addition, five and a half (5.5) CCEs are provided for the inter-module assignments that are given at the end of each webinar (reading and practicing with your buddy) are a formal part of the curriculum and are included in the programme.

 

 

Science and Art of Organisational Coaching Programme (S&A):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

The payment options offered are as below:

 

  1. Payment in full upon registration

  2. Payment of a £300 deposit upon registration and the balance payable 30-days prior to the start of the programme.

  3. Payment by instalments is an option upon request.

  4. Payment may be made by direct bank deposit. Please confirm the payment option chosen when submitting your completed Registration Form.

 

Attendance

Full attendance of the programme is a requirement in order to receive the full amount of ICF CCEs/ACSTH accreditation allocated to this programme. Should you not be able to attend fully the face-to-face days, we will liaise with you regarding how you can either catch-up or receive a certificate of completion with reduced CCEs based on the amount of the programme that was missed. If a catch-up plan is required with further input from the trainers there may be an additional cost.

 

In addition to the face-to-face days and webinars, there will be some individual, peer and group work in between modules. This should not exceed an average of 1.5 hours per week and these assignments are part of the accredited curriculum. Therefore, full completion of all assignments is needed to receive the full amount of ICF CCEs/ACSTH accreditation allocated to this programme.

 

 

New Core Competencies Programme (NCC):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

Fees are settled in a single payment.

Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEs)

Six (6) CCEs are provided when attending the live webinars (5.5 x CC and 0.5 RD CCEs). Six (6) RD CCEs will be given for anyone not attending live and who listen to the recorded webinars (asynchronous learning). 

Virtual Mentor Coach Training Programme (VMCT):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

The payment options offered are as below:

 

  1. Payment in full upon registration.

  2. Payment of a £300 deposit upon registration and the balance payable 30-days prior to the first webinar.

  3. Payment by instalments is an option upon request.

  4. Payment may be made by direct bank deposit. Please confirm the payment option chosen when submitting your completed Registration Form.

 

Attendance

Full attendance and of the programme is required in order to receive a Certificate of Attendance and the full amount of corresponding CCEs. Full completion of the certification process is required in order to receive a Certification of Proficiency. Should you not be able to attend the programme fully, we will liaise with you regarding how you can either catch-up or receive a certificate of completion with reduced CCEs based on the amount of the programme that was missed. If a catch-up plan is required with further input from the trainers there may be an additional cost, and this will only be feasible if time allows (due to the often-weekly nature of the programme’s structure).

 

 

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds (all programmes)

 

Course Cancellations

If Tracy Sinclair Limited cancels your course your fee will be refunded in full. 


Refunds and Cancellation Charges

Please choose carefully. All requests for cancellation must be confirmed in writing. For cancellation requests received more than 30-days prior to the start of the programme, full fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received between 15 and 30-days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 15-days before the start of the programme, or if a Customer or Delegate fails to attend, all of the course fees will be forfeited.

 

Deposit only paid/ Withdrawals

All requests for withdrawal from a programme must be received in writing. For withdrawal requests received for a programme commencing in more than 14 days, the deposit will be returned less a £100 processing fee. For withdrawal requests received for a programme commencing in less than 14 days the deposit is non-refundable.

Transfers

Transfers to other courses may be organised. If a transfer is required due to a change in your circumstances, Tracy Sinclair Limited will make every effort to arrange an alternative programme for you, if available and if appropriate for your development requirements. You must provide notice in writing at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the course for which you are registered. A £100 processing fee will apply to all transfer requests. If the transfer option is not utilised, the cancellation terms will apply.

 

Payment by Instalments

Payment by instalments for Self-funding students is possible upon request for some of our programmes. Please contact us to discuss if instalments options are available for your programme. However, our usual terms are that full payment for a programme is required 30-days prior to the start of the programme. For registrations within 60-days of a programme start date, the instalment option may therefore not be feasible, unless special circumstances prevail. Instalments options are not available for Company-Funded students.

 

Student Conduct
Each student is expected to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and Professional Standards from the beginning, and throughout their training.
